Recently Luminaria Restaurant at the Inn and Spa at Loretto hosted local writers, bloggers, publishers, and media companies to sample the new seasonal menu created by Executive Chef Marc Quiñones.
Chef Quiñones served a wonderfully selected series of dishes that demonstrated his expertise with meat, game, seafood, and everything in between. The seven course meal was a feast for the eyes as well, attractively plated without ostentation.
We were very impressed with the entire event, from the service, the meal, the wine, to the warm welcome from General Manager Tom McCann and his marketing staff, and highly recommend Luminaria Restaurant for anyone looking for a perfect dining experience.
