There's nothing quite like the energy of a restaurant that's about to open. There's excitement, anticipation, a lot of anxiety, and everyone is working extremely hard. ELOISA Restaurant at the Drury Plaza Hotel in Santa Fe is abuzz with activity as it nears its grand opening date.

Food photography is extremely challenging work, one that we absolutely love. It's interesting that food is something we all interact with every day yet photographing it can be very difficult. How do you evoke the taste and feeling of a dish with a picture?

Interior design is a fascinating specialty, combining an in-depth knowledge of style, decor, architecture, and composition and merging them with a client's wishes and expectations. It can be a delicate exercise, but one that's extremely gratifying when successful. At least according to interior designer Lisa Samuel of Samuel Design Group, a well known studio based here in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Santa Fe, NM has an incredibly high concentration of talented and creative people. One example are the designers at HVL Interiors, an award winning studio that does amazing work making spaces look incredible.
