Travel fees from previous month's work would be added to following month's invoice.

Part Two

Charleston/Savannah/The Lowcountry
$875/month

Maintenance of the activity by Social Media Pathways for Facebook and the @EGCSL Twitter account.

This will continue until the Essential Guide elects to use Narrative Media for higher level packages.

Spokane/Coeur d'Alene/Walla Walla
$875/month

Maintenance of the activity by Social Media Pathways for Facebook and the @EGSCW Twitter account.

This will continue until the Essential Guide elects to use Narrative Media for higher level packages.

Part Three

Guidelines for pricing for production services that the Essential Guide could offer their clients as a value-add or extra source of revenue. Narrative Media would give Essential Guide 20% of any referred video, photography, or website work.

We will create marketing materials with more information and details that could be shared with interested clients.

Video Production

Short Form Promotional Video
starting at $1,150 per video

  • 45-60 second video
  • one location
  • up to one hour of shooting not including setup and break down
  • does not include extra expenses such as travel, talent, assistants, stylists, location permits, special permits, etc.

Larger Video Productions would require more planning and budgeting.

Photography

Depends on the specific style of photography and how many images required.

Example:

Product Photography

  • $50 per image / 10 images minimum per session
    • Includes in-studio setup with white seamless background and 1-2 lights
    • Editing in Photoshop and clipping included

Websites

Each website has very different demands and requirements, and depends on client's needs such as e-commerce.

However, Narrative Media websites start at $6,975. This covers the design, planning, and coding for a 5-10 page website.

Part Four

1.

If the Essential Guide elects to use Narrative Media for either of the packages outlined in Part One, we will no longer invoice for the new Essential Guide website. The current Essential Guide website would have cost approximately $30,000.

Additionally, for at least the first year of the contract, we will continue to provide website maintenance, updates, and coding at no cost.

2.

In order to get a headstart on Charleston/Savannah/The Lowcountry and Spokane/Coeur d'Alene/Walla Walla areas we are prepared to travel immediately to the other regions the Essential Guide services for short trips to gather initial content.

The Essential Guide would cover our travel expenses but we would not charge any additional fees for either of these initial trips.

Ordinarily, depending on the anticipated workload of traveling, interviewing, researching, photographing, and/or videography, a three-day trip would cost $5,500-$8,500 plus expenses.

3.

We will provide very generous usage rights for all content created for the Essential Guide.

Narrative Media maintains all copyrights, but grants usage rights to the Essential Guide for their website and social media accounts.

Special permission is needed to use work created by Narrative Media for print marketing. The Essential Guide can not transfer usage rights to any other entity without permission.

Essential Guide clients are encouraged to share the content Narrative Media creates for the Essential Guide, but may not use that content for private promotions outside of social media or online marketing.

If the ownership of the Essential Guide changes during the contract, usage rights will be reassessed at that time.

4.

Typically, we would take a few weeks to a month to plan and strategize prior to production. However, considering our familiarity with the Essential Guide and their clients we are prepared to start working immediately.

Once approved we will start planning production and visiting clients within a week.
